In early May, Sonia Dominguez and Lyndell Owens from Leaders Industries, a non-profit organization that provides advocacy and support to persons in Lea County with intellectual and developmental disabilities, joined UUSA’s team as part-time employees.
Sonia and Lyndell have been assisting with assembling and delivering Richie backpacks for local 5th grade students, preparing for the upcoming 1Urenco Fest: Nashville Nights concert, organizing Wellness Wednesday snacks, and other invaluable tasks.
Sonia and Lyndell are currently on-site three days each week and usually work in either the Human Resources area or the Communications area. Please feel welcome to stop by and introduce yourself.
