Urenco Deutschland saves CO2 emissions through cycling

Urenco Deutschland (UD) successfully participated in this year’s “Stadtradeln” initiative last month.  Stadtradeln is a competition to cycle as many everyday journeys as possible in a climate-friendly way for 21 days. Every kilometre counts, especially if it is one that would have otherwise been travelled by car.

This year the UD team consisted of 28 colleagues. This effort resulted in 1 tonne of CO2 emission savings and the team were ranked sixth in the local Gronau area.
