US Department of Energy visit UUSA

On Tuesday, January 7, the United States Department of Energy Assistant Secretary for Nuclear Energy, Dr. Rita Baranwal visited UUSA along with other members of her team. Dr. Baranwal was very interested in learning more about the company and the service that UUSA provides.

Several UUSA employees had the opportunity to meet Dr. Baranwal, including a group from the Chemistry Department, who gave a tour of the lab. One of the individuals attended the 2019 Women in Nuclear National Conference in Chicago, IL, and had the opportunity to hear Dr. Baranwal speak.

It was an honor to have the US Department of Energy visit UUSA.
