Urenco offers insights into the future of nuclear at World Nuclear Association Symposium

Between 8-10 September 2021, Urenco will be attending the World Nuclear Association’s virtual symposium as Gold Sponsor. 

The event will bring together government officials, key personalities of the energy debate and top nuclear industry leaders to share information and experience that will help to establish the role of nuclear energy in the transition to a clean and sustainable world.

Among the speakers is Urenco’s Chief Commercial Officer, Laurent Odeh, who will join the ‘High Level Session on the future of nuclear energy’ panel on Friday 10 September. This session is aimed at addressing the part that nuclear energy should play in meeting our environmental, economic and development objectives.

Urenco will also be running a virtual exhibit to engage attendees about their views on how nuclear power could shape the future energy sector. The exhibit will showcase Urenco’s essential role in the nuclear fuel cycle through providing safe, cost effective and reliable uranium enrichment services.
