We are delighted to support #NationalInclusionWeek2021 and its theme of #UnitedForInclusion. Urenco’s Inclusion & Diversity strategy and goals for 2022-2025 have just been approved by our Executive Committee.
We know that inclusion and diversity are vital for our continued success in meeting the world’s demand for sustainable energy. Our next steps will be further training our managers on inclusive leadership, and taking action to increase the proportion of women and colleagues from under-represented groups who are included in our selection processes, while continuing to select solely on merit.
