Urenco has held the first global diversity & inclusion (D&I) internal conference for its ‘Including U’ champions, run during National Inclusion Week.
This is part of renewed focus on D&I, called Including U, as part of a new culture programme.
The interactive, virtual two-day event was a great opportunity to hear about organisation-wide successes to date and ideas on priorities going forward.
Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Programme Director, Sarah Howe said: “We have taken some really positive steps forward over the last couple of years and, like many companies, there is a lot more to do.
“By continuing to build an inclusive culture aligned to our values and ambitions, we will ensure we have a healthy and high-performing organisation long into the future.”
