On 6 December 2018, Urenco’s Marketing and Sales Manager, Debbie Breasley, will be discussing diversity, inclusion and equality in the nuclear industry at the inaugural Women in Energy Conference, taking place in Budapest.
The conference forms part of the Budapest Energy Summit and will comprise top speakers from nine countries who will share their experience and vision on promoting women in the energy industry.
Debbie said:
‘‘Urenco is focused on developing new ways to improve the proportion of under-represented groups across its global organisation in order to create a diverse, representative workforce at all levels.
I am looking forward to presenting my ideas on how we as an industry can promote diversity and inclusion to encourage better decision making and greater innovation’’.
