Urenco Limited - Board changes

Urenco, a leading provider of uranium enrichment services to the world’s nuclear energy industry, advises that Peter Hill CBE will no longer take up the position of Independent Non-executive Chairman as planned in October 2016 and will instead pursue other opportunities.

Stephen Billingham, who has been Chairman during 2016 and a member of the Board since 2009 will continue in the role of Chairman.

The Urenco Board is fully understanding and supportive of Peter’s decision and wishes him well for the future.
